Mr. Diaz immediately responded to my phone call / concern in the absence of my service rep and made me a same day appointment. Service was good, but as mentioned to Eric, we had a problem when we picked up the car.
Continue to love experience with service. Very impressed and comfortable with Alex. He takes time to fully review and explain service to me. Also, find work is done promptly and never have any issues. Also like the wait area facilities.

Willie went the extra mile to make sure my service experience was good. Car took much longer to repair than planned due to parts that needed to be ordered. But Willie communicated well and even drove the car to my house after hours.
