Excellent. I came in for a test drive with Joe Ramirez on a certified pre-owned vehicle. We had a set appointment and Joe had everything ready to go. We went on a test drive and he answered all of my questions. I had limited time as I was on a lunch break from work and Joe worked to quickly get me what I needed to make a decision.
From the sales rep-Joe Ramirez to the finance rep, they were friendly, professional and not pushy.

I want to start off by saying I have owned many high end car brands over the years. BMW,JAG,Lexus etc........ I will say HANDS DOWN the BEST overall employee that I have come in contact with at ANY dealership. My background is hotels (Hilton). You have a heck of employee in Willie and both my wife and myself ejoyed a WOW experience from him two times now. Please Please Please let him know our thoughts. Many times we only share the negative thoughts with our employee's.
