Great customer service. Our guy (Jake from State Farm lol) was eager to get us the car we were looking for & he found it for us...on the water, en route.

Horrible experience, I took my car in because the check engine light came on and because I hadn't been getting my oil changed there, they didn't want to fix the problem. Mind you, my car is still under factory warranty. They wanted proof of maintenance, I guess they don't know about the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I have a 12:00 appointment with my Attorney today and I've also contact my local news station. Stay tuned.......
