Great Service, excellent follow up. I purchased a new Mercedes from Mark Kennedy, top customer representative, about 6 months ago. I found what I felt was an issue in the trunk compartment while putting some luggage in before a trip. I called Mark and he immediately got Tom Hammond, Sales Team Manager, involved. They quickly scheduled me in, resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes and had me on my way home with a brand new set of floor mats at a ridiculously low price to boot!
