I had enjoyed a few of my service visits. I do like Ellen Tutor and mostly everyone in service, I just had a few issues and I even tried to leave messages for Wes, as I was told he was the supervisor for service. If this was my own dealership, I'd be ashamed! So...I paid SO much money for my services in 2015, I felt like I was cheated, I'll have to go to Mercedes corporate to resolve this.
