Brilliant service, especially from Mo.
You would expect top drawer service from Mercedes and that is precisely what we got, purchasing our Mercedes A class. Mo, at Mercedes Loughborough served us and was very attentive and informative. He kept us well informed and supported every step of the way, and seemed to anticipate any questions I was going to ask. It’s all about the experience and it has been a great one!
Wow is the word that immediately comes to mind. From when we walked in to the showroom the sale was guaranteed the only issue was which car. Jas and later Samir two very professional sales staff who looked after us advised us and guided and accommodated all our questions and concerns on buying our first fully electric vehicle.
