We walked in and stood, ignored, for over ten minutes, while employees chatted with each other but not with customers and for sure not with us. Finally a woman, without a mask and without keeping her distance, walked over to ask us if we had an appointment. When we told her that we hadn't known we needed one, she told us that due to Covid safety precautions, we needed to have an appointment.
