RecommendedI would absolutely recommend Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. Normally I get great service, but not this time. I had to wait four days for my car to be fixed. Everyday I called, they said it would be another day because they were waiting on parts. I understand that they had to wait for the part, but they should have level set my expectation right from the beginning. Also when I picked up my car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. That was disappointing. Maybe my expectations were too high.

I have two service calls in a row - two different cars - where they couldn,t identify problem and sent me on my way with the issue unresolved......i registered complaints both times with no responce......Good thing you are only dealer close by......I have had many MB over the years in OC with never an issue........
