My wife and I were ready to purchase a new car. We walked around inside the building looking at the cars in the showroom and on the walkway out front and looked at cars in the parking lot for over 40 minutes without 1 person greeting or talking to us. As we are walking to our car to leave 3 employees run to the door and greet the next guest.

Horrible service. They keep firing incompetent people. In addition, they take over a week to call you back! Management is poor there. Very poor.
These guys valued my trade at $2500 less than Mercedes of Denver. Would not do business here unless you just like throwing money away. The service was much better across town too.
