Let's be honest...I probably bought the least expensive car on this lot. It came in as a trade-in (2013 Kia Sorento). Charles was very helpful and didn't treat me any different than those who were purchasing extremely expense vehicles. Next time we're ready to buy another car, we'll be back.
My Mom was driving down to Marin from Reno when all of a sudden, the fan belt that had just been replaced broke. Miraculously, Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was just over the overpass. She took the car in, they looked up the previous repair, fixed in quickly and got her back on the road. Excellent customer service, took great care of Mom. I'll never buy her anything other than a Mercedes, they know how to treat their customers. Thanks for saving my Mom! you gave her certainty that she was safe.
