Have been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years and throughout the time, the service department and customer service has done a complete 360. My car interior has been warping near the gear shift for some odd reason and all I wanted to know was if there someone who was able to correct this. I called and was told someone would call but that never happened after the service department didn't answer. I emailed twice and still no one has contacted me.
