I was aggressively accused of smoking in the loaner vehicle I borrowed. I do not smoke, I do not smell of smoke, nor does my car which was there for service. I also had a baby in the car with me which would make it illegal for me to be smoking in the car with the baby. I have come to this dealership for 6 years with 2 different cars and have never been treated so poorly and so rudely and falsely accused. Come up with some appropriate and customer service oriented policies and procedures for this issue.
Mustafa and Chuks help us find the right model after many questions and so much time spent! We love the car and the process in place to buy! The best experience ever! No need to haggle or hassle! Thank you guys!
My sister and I had car problems and broke down outside this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was so kind to us. While waiting for AAA for hours, the staff gave us water and shelter from this miserable heat! Once Mustafa saw us, he diagnosed our problem and got us on the road. Thank you so much!
