I just realized that I hadn't done a review for this fine establishment and it's staff. I had the best experience working with Sheena Baca. I had had my MBZ C240 for 15 years and it was time to get a new one. Sheena made the experience no pressure, informative and fun. I took my car for service B On the website it shows the basic starts at $550.00 + they had $105.00 discount coupon online. Having discount in mind, I was looking to pay no more than $450.00 Once I was there, the price was $700+ And this is without car having any issues. Then I questioned why it's so much pricier, first he pretended that's how much it is, then claimed he had one duplicate item by accident which came down to $638 with tax. So shady... Excellent customer service from Elan in the service department. I was in and out for my first full service appointment within 1 hour. Elan even took care of a small parts recall I wasn't even aware of. Great teamwork!

Just got my car serviced by Alon , great service !!! I love my 2017 E class this is my 5th Car purchased in Calabasas . I love my new car and I always have it serviced by Alon he is the BEST . Service A today took about an hour and the checked for all recall and had my car washed . Very pleased ! Thank you for great service see you next time !
