I've been a patron of Mercedes Benz of Calabasas for some 25 years--new cars and service. Fabulous staff, very attentive and a joy to work with. Whether or not it's a regular service or an "emergency" without an appointment, the service staff couldn't be better. Thumbs' up!

I had a serious rip on my tire and the car wouldn’t move, so I called in and they sent a tow truck immediately and free of charge. I didn’t know my car didn’t have a spare btw. Anyways, car got to Mercedes they called me right away to give me the diagnostics. I allowed the service and was able to get my car on the same day. Thank You Mercedes for the great service.

The service department , particularly Ryan, was very efficient in taking care of my automobile for my recent appointment. Originally, I called and left a message indicating that I needed to make an appointment. Early the next morning, I received a telephone call booking an appointment for two days later and reserving a shuttle ride. Upon arrival, Ryan went over the items that I needed corrected and he assured me that I could wait. He answered all questions and the work was completed within 75 minutes.
