First off, let me start by saying I love Mercedes Benz of Calabasas, I drive from Redondo Beach to get my car serviced there because they provide excellent customer service. I purchase my car there in 2004 and have been a customer ever since. I’ve gone through quite a few service advisors, managers and directors in the last 14 years. I had such a pleasant experience at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas! Alfredo was very kind and helpful.
I had a flat tire, from our E350. Tire was fairly new, and giving us problems the last couple weeks. I had it towed into MB of Calabasas and they took care of it like we bought it from them. Excellent service.

I have a relatively new E300 2017. I very much regret buying the car. That said, it has many problems. Some can be explained away by how the car functions. Others, the dealer listens but, in the end, I hear repeatedly that they hooked it up to the computer and it said everything was fine, I guess they have nowhere to go from that, And I'm left with a car with issues.
