They were so helpful and amazing.. Shayne was my sales rep and was so thorough and friendly.. I recommend them highly, as well as the finance man who took care of my paper work and Denniz another sales rep who was very helpful and friendly.. just perfect customer service here.
Jeremy Israel-Tombs did a great job helping my wife find her new Mercedes. I can see why he is the Mercedes Benz of Calabasas Lease Retention Manager. Hopefully we will still be here 3 years from now when we get our next Mercedes.
Much better service than the Beverly Hills location. Superb service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. I worked with Kyle and he order the part for me and called me immediately when it arrived to install, then washed the car for me prior to leaving.
The scheduled maintenance was excellent. The service advisor Ryan Collins was courteous and helpful. Patti Spadafora in the Loaner Car dept was efficient and friendly. It was a good experience.

Not only did I purchase my vehicle from Sonic Calabasas but they also do all my service maintenance on my car as well as on my vintage convertible MBZ. It's true I can take my car just about anywhere to get serviced but it's the convenience and comfort of knowing that my car was serviced correctly and with genuine MBZ parts. My service advisor is Eddie Aquino. He's the best!

This place is amazing. The service couldn't be better. I literally drove 2 hours just to buy a car from them and I will never go anywhere else to buy my cars. I worked with Jeff. He spent a lot of time with me to tell me about the details of the offers they had running and to show me /setup all the features and functions.
