My recent lease experience was just terrific. Once we all agreed to terms, the transaction was clear and efficient. Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly and made what is often difficult, quite smooth. Good communication and very clear from the F&I group to the delivery specialist. I highly recommend a visit here if you are looking for a Mercedes and expect a commensurate buy/lease experience.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas continues to be a benchmark in service! I've had a 5 star experience with everyone I've come across there. My latest service experience was with Ryan and he went above and beyond to assist me quickly and followed up daily. The service team got me an immediate appointment, loaner car, and Ryan had to make a lot of phone calls to deal with complex warranty issues so that I didnt have to deal with it.
