Well, my First so so experience with the service department; brought my car in to have a flat changed under warranty ; was told no appointment necessary ; it took 1 hr and 20 minutes! The waiting area was FREEZING; a thermostat there said 63 degrees! As cold inside as outside! Needless to say I was quite irritated. Totally unacceptable; a quality dealership should have no problem keeping its waiting customers comfortable. My sales assistant, Ryan, however, was outstanding .
Arsalan was very helpful and committed to helping me get a good deal on a c300. I did get the car . Found out it didn't have heated seats and smells like someone was smoking in it. Calabasas Mercedes is selling loaners from 2016 so it's very possible someone smoked in their car but they should have told me. Can you imagine a Mercedes without heated seats? I am concerned about the problems I've read about the service department and I'm hoping I have a better experience in those other people. More to be revealed
This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in purchasing a car and servicing a car. Be warned. Take your $$$ and your time...and go to Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach...should have gone there. Purchased a car there a few years back and was nothing short of VIP service. Won't find that in Calabasas.
