I dealt with Chad for years. Another African American manager took over. He was rude and lazy. Never got up from his chair. He was quite obese. I just left. He did not want to do anything. Been with MB Calabasas since 2002. Never went back.
Worst experience I get from Calabasas Benz. Veron and Dominic are assisting us.Customer satisfaction need highly improvement As an Amgen Inc. employee ,I am not going recommend specially Veron and Dominic.
The service is great. The ambiance is nice. You'll not be bored while waiting because there is internet access and computer lounge. There is also unlimited access of drinks like soda, Starbucks coffee, bottled water and even pastries. Overall rate excellent.
If you can actually get service to call you back make sure to check your receipt. I actually left multiple messages never to receive a call back from service. Just tons of spam emails and calls from sales... literally four a day some days. After three weeks of attempts to service I just had the front desk keep ringing until I got thorough. Now looking at the bill I have charges for fluids I had replaced the day before. I called and they said unless they were told not to they just add those services on.
