Buyer beware! Deal fell through and now refusing to refund deposit. Think twice.
My wife and I are just starting to look for a new car for her and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this Mercedes. I hate shopping for cars but this was beyond pleasant. I do my research before going anywhere and the sales people I spoke with had their stuff together. My wife is super picky and the staff was willing to listen to all of her questions and I never felt like they were annoyed or anything; they were attentive and patient. AVOID GOING THERE!!! Worst customer service ever. They scratch your car and don't want to admit it. Too bad 0 stars isn't available. I usually have good reviews about lots of different places. First time in my life I'm writing a bad reviews but please do yourself a favour and DO NOT GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP!!!!
