Horrible device, ripped me off by at least 600 bucks for spark plug change inE350. It was 600 bucks cheaper for same job a a closeby dealership. Never going here again and suggest the same to people. M
Just bought my first Mercedes with Georgina, AJ and Mike (sales, finance, service). Like many people I dread the car buying experience which is why I went to a no haggle shop. There was no pressure/hounding and I feel I was treated fairly from the trade value, financing and add on options. My free time is scarce and the team was cognizant and respectful of this while making sure I was fully informed. Worth the trip to Somerville and I love that they support so many charities as well.

I've been going there for the last month with the same issues and they keep saying they don't see a problem or they fixed the problem. Went to pick up my car on Saturday after it was in there for a whole week, still they don't see the issue I go and pick up my car and I literally was in the car for two minutes and he same problem came up. I had to turn around and leave the car there again . Mind you it took me almost 2 hrs to get there. ���
