The day after thanksgiving I needed my car towed. Not only was my car towed( with a smile no less) but I was given transport back and forth while my problem was fixed. Each and every person at the dealership was helpful, respectful, and beyond pleasant! Herb Chambers himself even got into the mix to lend a hand. The best experience under not the best circumstances!!
Wife & I just bought a brand new Beautiful Blue GLC300 from Carlos everyone made sure we were satisfied and went over every feature of the suvs settings good deal thanx!
I would like to express how disappointed I was when I visited on Tuesday 14th May. Myself and my wife wanted to look at used approved GLC’s. Walking from my car, through the showroom, around the used cars outside and back through the showroom, not one person acknowledged us with a “hello” or offered any help (there was certainly staff around). Maybe my dress code didn’t fit your ‘typical’ customer standard, but you certainly lost a sale.
Just bought a CPO E350 .. Bertrand my salesman was really helpful he delivered my car to me and then I had an issue with the car couple days later he came in with a loaner car and picked up mine and brought it to the service department and they fixed the problem next day .. thanks Bertrand and the service team Carlos and matt .
