My name is Paulo, I bought GLA with Stephen and he was really nice with me and friend of my that i bring with me for E-series... nice place nice people and nice customer service. Only the app Mercedes-me do not work in my apple phone �... but nothing bad, Mercedes of Boston is much better better than Mercedes in Lynnfield Flagship that even try to sell me a car �! Tks guys from Mercedes of Boston, you guys are the best... only the app Mercedes me not good �

Refuses to take responsibility or corrective action when their third-party contractors act in a threatening manner towards others. I was documenting their truck parked illegally in the bike lane and their contractor approached me and yelled at me. I talked to the manager indoors and he said there's nothing he can do about the harassment/threats or the illegal parking.

I just want to say a lot of people don’t want to go to the Mercedes Benz dealer they think it’s expensive but look my car has bullet proof tires I broke one and I went there I was really happy. The tire was $220 and they charge only $40 labor they even clean my car they put a new key battery for free free balance when I got to the car the car felt like a different with more power better handle and better suspension.
