I have never been to Mercedes Benz of BH. I have spent over a year emailing and calling with NO results. This company keeps emailing me service reminders for a car I don't own. What's worse is the service reminders contain the vin number and personal informational of someone named Judith Douglas (I'm not Judith). I have phoned repeatedly to tell them it's a liability to keep sending me personal info on someone else, they need to update poor Judith's account info... but they just transfer me to a voicemail that is never respo... read more
