I have been bring my car in for 4 years and have always had wonderful customer service. I now have a dealership closer to me but I will continue to go back to Beverly Hills Mercedes to have my car serviced. When I buy my next car, it will be from them. Trust is so very important to me and they have earned my trust.
I had a very pleasant experience. A gentleman named Desmond helped me. He was very eager to help me, to make my experience as short and seamless as possible. I highly recommend the Benz service department in Beverly Hills, especially Desmond! Thanks for all your help!
