I’ve always received great service at BH Mercedes, both sales and service departments are great!
I arrived at the service center at 1:39pm with appointment for a schedule A “Express service”. After dropping off the car, it’s about 2:05. The service advisor call me a shuttle and the shuttle didn’t arrived until an hour passed. I figure my car should be ready soon so there is no point for the shuttle anymore. Turn out I was wrong, my car wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. They are so overbooked that the “Express service” take almost 3 hours. This is the worst MB service I ever have.
I took my car to perform service A. Everything went very well, Jose Blandon helped me out with the process and provided me with an excellent client service . I’m Very happy with my experience!
