I have had a great experience with this place up to this 4th car I got from this store. I even asked the GM to help me and he responded by saying "he has 19 managers to deal with these situations..." wow atrocious customer service. I leased a 2017 E class and will never do business with this dealership again. stay away from this place, they even had the guts to ask me to delete my review
In 1988 I had my older 300D serviced there and was very impressed; having just come from a smaller Wichita, KS dealership Its been an amazing time these years to retirement. I now drive an '06 CLK 350 and am still reaching out to them, though I am back in Kansas. In the near future I may be interested in a Mercedes-Benz SL400. Travel for me is still an option.
