RecommendedThe service department is second to none over ALL others. Our car was not dirty when we carried in for routine service but they cleaned and detailed it before we picked it up. Stephen Lowry service writer was exceptional in his commitment to service and customer concerns.
We have purchased three Mrecedes from the company and used the Service Department for some six years. Service is consistently high quality and responsive.
I had the pleasure of working with Farhan Ghanty, an on-line specialist sales person, when ordering a European delivery. As COVID took over my plans, he helped me transition to a almost exact car that I could purchase in Raleigh. During all the transactions Farhan was prompt when returning my emails, efficient in getting information I requested, patient with my request, and generous in getting me a great deal. I highly recommend Mercedes'Benz Raleigh and working with Farhan in obtaining your car.
After several visits to resolve an electrical issue, I met with new service adviser Linda Grandy. Linda took a genuine interest in resolving my problem, this time. She waived the normal diagnostic fee and suggested that I leave the car for a day or two. The next day they were able to locate the problem. I have not had to jump my car since.
