Just had my first service with MB and I cannot compliment the staff, especially Kyle, enough. Making the appointment and getting a loaner was easier than any other dealership I’ve been to. On the day, everything was super efficient and best of all, all the staff were incredibly welcoming to my bulldogs!

I find the Service Department fulfills every aspect of the Service Commitment including the schedule for drop-off and the expected time of pick-up. Questions are always asked to ensure nothing is left to chance. Each time I have the vehicle serviced, I drive home with confidence that all things scheduled to be done have been.
