The Raleigh store is a poor place to do business. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get a deal done. It’s the worst store in the Leith market. Further, their cars and parts are extremely overpriced! If you want to purchase a car, it’s best to visit Mercedes Benz of Cary or Mercedes Benz of Durham! For parts, visit Mercedes Benz of Winston Salem!

The service is always with a smile. The staff makes you feel welcome and that your business is appreciated. Brain is my service adviser and he always explains my service in detail as to why it's needed and he keeps me informed of any service that may be needed in the future. Brain is great at what he does and I'm happy that he's my service adviser.
