Brian Battle was fabulous . He is a great representative for Mercedes. He was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and kept me appraised of the status of my service . Will switch from the previous Mercedes dealership I have been using for the last 6 years.

I bought my GLC 300 here in 2018, and I continue to use the dealership for my regular service. Kassandra Benson is my service advisor. She is knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and all-around helpful. I haven’t had any repair issues, so service is truly easy. Earl provided professional shuttle rides - distance in the van, masks, and every safety protocol you would expect from a top-notch dealership. I drive in from the coast to make sure Leith takes care of my car.

Jeanine Parham was my salesperson she was fantastic. The General Mgr Ed was so helpful in answering some of my questions. John in financing was great also. I received excellent customer service during my buying experience. No pressures very relaxing atmosphere. Jeanine even was very kind with a thank you card and a follow up call.
