I was in for a recall service. The paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to drop off the vehicle. I also asked that another matter be checked while the vehicle was in. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, I received a full report of the service rendered. There was a bit of a wait for my vehicle to be brought around as the keys somehow ended up in the wrong place, but the overall experience was fine.
