As soon as I walked through the door there was someone there to greet me. The next man had already read my file and was familiar with the entire situation and what they needed to do for me. All in all it was a good experience.
My experience at at Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh was wonderful. Our salesman was Ray Loutfala. He was polite, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable.
