Called the service department about servicing my E350. It was requiring the A service as well as a recall due to faulty airbag system. The work was going to take 2-4 hours. I requested a loaner, I was put on hold for a short period and when the young lady return to the call, her response was we can’t provide you with a loaner, I asked was one not available?
