Had an awful experience at Cheshire Oaks. I had previously had a bad experience a few years ago where i was ready to buy a car with a lovely young lad when an older guy pushed him away and was extremely pushy with me leading me to buy my Mercedes elsewhere. Great service from Caroline very helpful and explained everything about the work being done and required on my car very clearly. Really like the video health check as it gives a very good visual indication of what is being looked at and any potential work required.
