Unfortunately our landlady went with them to change our boiler. The boiler is great but the failed with the sa safety check!! It will cost an extra £1500-2000 to pass the certificate as they used the old system pipe and flue. We texted, called them no answer. Please check the reviews as they just answered for the 5 stars reviews here also!
Terrible company! Avoid them! Lots of headaches no communication, cowboys. They installed the wrong size radiator and they even didn't think to ask if it is okay or not. They didn't turn up 3 times and even didn't let us know we were just waiting as we couldn't reach them.
Would give a 0 star rating if that was an option - Extremely poor customer service from start to finish If you have time to make a hundred calls chasing them and praying for a miracle, please go ahead with them. Pro Tip : Do not pay them until all your work is completed including installation certificates being issued Chasing since 3 months for a call back for my installation certificate and still no response.
