This Free to Use bppulse Polar has been replaced by a Mer unit. Now costs 52p/kWh to use. Parking is free. Wiltshire Council no longer providing any free to use units. Same has happened at Five Rivers Salisbury, and Station Road, Devizes. Worth buying an RFID device for Mer, because mobile reception can be flakey at some sites. Their App will still capture your stats when connected.
This is a great little facilities for the town. We often visit in our electric car and this allows us to charge up. With free parking and quick access using the polar app.
