Very central location and the fast charging stations work perfectly!
Charged my BMW i4 while on holiday here in Shanklin. Started at 33%, charged to 100% in 1.5hrs @~50kW/h using the MER app. Easy and pain free, even if the prices for EV charging are extortionate and need to be nationalised, but that is a whole other discussion!
A positive charging experience close to Shanklin Chine. The Mer Charging System worked without fault and had me back on the road after a few hours topping up. Parking is currently free whilst charging up to 4 hours (as of 13-Aug-2024)
