After needing a second opinion on pip my miniture poodle, I can't praise all the reception team,nurses and vets enough. Arranged a specialist to fix pips leg due to having a rare injury. Aftercare and support has made the experience less stressful. Insurance claim processed quickly and sorted within in a week.
We were referred to Meopham for a CT scan as our regular vets did not have the facilities. They were absolutely amazing, so caring and very thorough. We were originally booked in for a Wednesday appointment but because she got worse they fit us in as an emergency. My dog is quite nervous around vets but Dr Bruce Mcleary was brilliant with her he put her at ease straight away.
