Liz bond and other members of the Duty team are so insensitive unprofessional and should not be working in mental health. Doctors in and out. I think I could count one person that works in reception is the only one who takes things seriously, listens and gets problems ressolved straight away I've come across some receptionists that just laugh and are very Unknowladgable or lacking sympathy on mental health. My son received little help from this team. Missed appointments, terrible support. I can’t go into detail but they caused him more stress, upset and anxiety than you could imagine. We manage on our own sadly. No mental health support anywhere else.
Original appointment was 3rd December. I had a call to say that it was rescheduled but no date given, no letter received, calls aren’t being returned. Desperate to change my medication and need to see a psychiatrist for this to happen. Joke
Would rate this dump zero stars if I had the chance. Turned up for a phone call appointment with Sue Williams and she didn't call me. I had to call the reception to find out she was off sick but no letter or phone call was made to notify me. Absolutely horrendous place, how they are still open is an absolute mystery to me. How unprofessional and disgraceful. As a NHS employee myself I couldn't imagine treating patients like this.
