Do not go here for anything. Staff is incompetent and has no idea what they are doing. The nursing staff is afraid of the doctors and the doctors have such a big chip on their shoulders that when you question them about something they give you attitude and walk out of the room. This hospital also violates hippa laws at every turn. If you dont value your personal information then this is the place for you. We were treated very well and people kept checking up on my mom. Great hospital.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised both times that I had to go to the ER for nerve issues in my leg... I was tended to very quickly with much care and compassion....thank you to all the staff at Menifee Valley Medical Center!!!!
Any emergency room experience is going to be a long and painful process, especially when it is as busy as this small hospital is. That is why I was grateful for the excellent care that was given me. The staff was very friendly, knew what they were doing and did the very best in an extremely overcrowded emergency room. Thank you to all that helped me that evening.
I was promptly & efficiently attended to, and was made as comfortable as possible under those conditions. My nurse was Zack, and he was most helpful and kind. ER visits are never fun, but this was probably about as good as it gets. I was poked, tested, and wired, all with a minimum of discomfort, and I am most appreciative...and, of course, the ambulance guys are amazing.
