My son had surgery today and the staff Play amazing. Always making sure we had all the information needed and we knew what to expected in surgery. My son was in good hands tonight and I want to thank everyone who was there for him. This hospital is the best.
Staff there are awesome. Wait time is not very long.
My wife required emergency surgery for a detached retina. The surgeon was able to call together a team on a Sunday morning, and the entire procedure from admittance to discharge took two and a half hours. Luckily for us, the hospital was not busy at the time, but every person we met was kind and treated us with respect. Better than we had hoped for.
My daughter went to the ER with specific pain and explained a history of this pain. After 7 hours of sitting in the lobby waiting for test results she was told that the machine in the lab was broke even though she asked every hour on the hour she was constantly told she will have to wait for the results so she sat there in pain and waited only to be told that they don't have the type of Dr she needs on staff.. My mother had outpatient retina surgery at this hospital, which was chosen by the surgeon but I am glad he did. I was very pleased with the prompt attention and excellent care that we received. Everyone was over the top friendly and helpful.
My experience was very well rewarded with the excellent care I received from the time I checked in until I departed from the recovery room. All the employees wer very friendly an treated me with great respect. I would recommend Menifee Hospial to anyone contemplating the need of such a facility.
