The nurses were all great! Very attentive and responsive. I couldn't have asked for better care!
I also told whoever called me on the phone (automated) that I was very satisfied with my care & the hospital. Everybody was super nice & I will recommend Menifee Valley Medical Center to my friends & anybody who asks about my stay there.
Ive been treated really good since i showed up monday. Got surgery done and the nurses here are awesome. Thank you Menifee valley medical center staff.
RecommendedWhen I arrived I was in severe pain, they took right in. They were very thorough, took every test possible to assure the diagnosis and treatment. Every single staff member in that ER were very professional and efficient.
I was told by a few people that your Hospital had a bad reputation. But I took my cousin anyway. I found that every one from check in and in the "ER" it self were very friendly and knew what they were doing and what had to be done to this patient for his needs. I have worked for Doctors myself and am very critical of how things are done and how well the job is being done. My care was handled promptly, efficiently and with care.
I've been to this hospital many times and though I may have had some down times, for the most part, I had a nice experience. The one bad thing I did not like was the introduction into the ER. The people sitting there taking the info could be a lot nicer and stop having an attitude like we are disturbing them. That seems to be ALL the time. However, once in the back, I've had some great nurses. I was also admitted to the hospital and 9 out of 10 of the nurses I had up there were amazing. i RECEIVED EXCELLENT AND ATTENTIVE CARE FROM STAFF MEMBERS THAT WE TRAINED, EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE HOSPITAL, INCLUDING MY ROOM WAS CLEAN, BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE AND COMFORTING. I HAVE UNFORTUNATELY BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE OR THE STAFF.
