One of the ladies at the front registration area was super rude and short with everyone. I was there for 4 hours and they didn't listen to what I said and just did a test urgent care did. They didn't take the time to run further tests just said go to my doctor and get a referral. So I left with no answers and I went there to be able to have further tests done than what urgent care could provide.
Shitty service . I was dying (crying hysterically and couldn't breathe) of pain in the lobby and no one (nurses) asked to get me anything. And they kept giving me attitude. And asking why did I go back OBVIOUSLY to help this pain !!!
It was so slow! Some people came in after us and had the same tests done as my son and left an hr and a half before us. There was no one in the waiting room when we go there. My son had fallen hit his head and had a seizure. There was someone there coughing and coughing, signs tell you to wear a mask if you are sick,she wore no mask. Nobody told her to, so I got one and put it on myself. Some people have no sense.

Me and my husband usually go to Hemet Medical Center and we always have a horrible experience there:-( This time we tried Menifee Medical Center!! We're sooooooooo glad we came here:-) Dr. Ganta and all the nurses and staff were nothing short of Amazing!! Thank you so much for making our week long experience a great experience:-)
It was a very good experience. Dr. Ganga (?) who did an emergency appendectomy on my son was amazing.
It took over 5 hours, PA forgot I was waiting in the lobby after taking me for a chest x-ray and blood work. I stoped going to hemet hospital because they were slow and now menifee is now just as slow. My paper work says I was seen by a doctor, however I never seen her on the PA.
