This is the worst hospital ever. They do not know what they are doing and they are incompetent. We took my mom into ER and they didn’t take her vitals for 4 hours after she went in. Her dr told us to take her in because of her blood test (INR ) and it took them hours before getting her blood drawn. Then they messed up 3 times! Then admitted her which took all night and until around 11 am for her to get in a room. Also days later never rechecked her blood until we demanded. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! This is the worst place ever. Back in July we went to the ER. Left 4 hours later and never saw a doctor. Now they are trying g to charge us $1700. No itemized bill because there is nothing to itemize. When we called we were told we have to pay it because we signed in. Someone needs to shut this place down!! While we were there a gentleman came in via ambulance. They put him in a wheel chair and left him in the waiting room. 30 minutes later someone came out and asked him what he was there for. Awesome staff and are really good at what they do! I’ve been to other hospitals and by far this place took care of business and really helped me with my health issues which thank god I’ll be leaving soon!
Probably should just go on ahead and shut down the “ER”. I have a lot of experience with a lot of ER’s, having several children with special needs. I’ve truly never seen the level of both in professionalism and incompetence. My daughter has autism and is 3 years old. I was sent to the ER by a doctor concerned she could have appendicitis. This facility lacks not only the basic competency necessary to rule it in or out, but they have absolutely no kindness, compassion, or empathy. My husband and I are new to the Menifee area, and the experience was pretty great! A little on the smaller side of a facility, but the staff was great! From the billing to the nursing staff. Pretty awesome!
