My wife and I have been registered with this health centre since 2018. It has always been good, even during the pandemic, but, post-pandemic it reorganised itself and I doubt there is a better one Suffolk. We have always been given a someday telephone consultation followed by an immediate appointment if required. Medical records are up-to-date and reminders for injections are sent out. My daughter a single mum with a young neurodiverse son of 7 was left with no support after a phone appointment,She felt hopeless and alone it led her to self harm while myself and husband were trying desperately to return home from a short break to be there for her, she is undergoing some very difficult therapy which the doctor was aware of she was just told to increase her tablets what a disappointing and dangerous situation
