Initially, we were really impressed, the service was prompt, communication was smooth, and the quality of the work was excellent. We were genuinely happy and had every intention of recommending the company to others. Unfortunately, that experience was completely overshadowed by a serious data protection issue and a clear breach of GDPR. Clean, courteous and window replaced, problem sorted.
1st time Professional Friendly Service.. On Time and Curtious what more can you ask for!! However unfortunately 2nd time for replacement Units Not So Good Customer service after 8wks waiting for units! Customer Service went out of the Window!! Excue's every time I chashed it up lockdown is causing problems in the delay? But the 1st time in the lock down as well it took 2wks with Good Customer Service but not the 2nd time when I complained about the delay he threw his toys out of the pram!
