I had a good experience . I arrived on time for my 2 appointments and was treated courtesly and professionally . Only problem I had was finding a parking spot .
I receive all my medical care from the Memphis VA. I applied for my Social Security Disability over 3 years ago. I finally got a hearing. They need medical reports from my VA Doctor. well to find out the VA doesn't allow their Doctor's to get involved in helping Veterans. That's really tough on a Veteran when the VA has all his records and the Doctor gives all the care.Once again the VA leaves it's Veterans out in the cold. So don't look for the VA to help you as well...pretty sorry to say the least..Thanks for nothing.
It takes for ever in optometry. Yesterday it was about 3 hours for the exam. Had to come back today to pick out frames etc because when he finished that part was closed. Really?? Why wasn't it open until all the patients were completely thru??
The parking is atrocious for a well person much less an Agent Orange patient. I have to come with my husband to let him out at the emergency entrance and then try to find a parking space. That is not an easy task!
Took my husband to the clinic for the first time. I was expecting it to go as most dr's appointments, but I was pleasantly surprised. We got in before our appointment time, the dr was very professional. Then went to the pharmacy and yet another good experience.
