We have been shuffled around this VA system for a year now and we are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED... NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND IS STILL IN EXTREME PAIN!!? VA is a SAD DISGRACE TO ALL MEN AND WOMEN who signed their life for this country!! THEY DESERVE BETTER!!!!!
went IN Wednesday. THE 9TH FOR AN ECHO-GRAM THAT TURNED INTO A THREE DAY STAY. I want to thank the Team of Dr. Stanton and Pierce and Shaw and the Dr. from Georgia (Gordon? sorry) and ALL THE NURSES, even (and i'm not making this up) the Mess Hall staff that delivered the meals... what a collection of talent and professionalism and authentic genuine care. Insulting!!!! It's seems to be a " push" on patients without concern of providing treatment. Being treated as only a number is very demeaning. What's the purpose of providing a PACT that couldn't care less. Won't even read that the patient is allergic to medicine prescribed
The doctor was nice & helpful with everything I needed! Everyone else that I saw helped me with no problem with questions I had. Waiting was not even an option, I was in and out with everything I had to do! Maybe for a few minutes is all I waited, if that. Hospital employees there were super nice and came up to me when I seemed lost trying to find the pharmacy! I was nervous about going to the VA especially everything I hear about the VA, but this experience made very self assuring. Hopefully it continues with my future visi... read more

I had so much help from everyone from the security to the medical staff, being from out of town the doctor was so personable and professional. My husband and I felt safe and in good hands.
