Have not had any adverse problems when I go to the VA. Have been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.
No parking! Drove around forever until I had to park illegally!
I can only speak from my experience, the VA has been great to my husband. In 2013 they removed a brain tumor, the doctors, nurses and physical therapy was absolutely awesome.On Feb 6th 2017 he had heart test done and Jasmia Nyree Wallace took the time to set and explain everything to us. She is wonderful at her job. Thanks VA for taking such good care of my husband. thanks, Pearl Walker

I don't know why they call it a Medical Center , I got better care and treatment on the Iraqi Battlefield, it a place where people work from 8 till 4, they don't give a Hoot about the Veterans , just pay day �
I had my first visit at the Memphis VA this week. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My doctor Meridith Wagner was so nice, she was professional and thorough. I got to the hospital early and w a s done with my visit by 10 minutes after my appointment time. I would have given a 5 except the directions to the clinic was not clear and I had to ask where my doctor was. Next visit I am hoping for a 5. Overall great experience.
